Manage end-to-end quality assurance for a real estate deal-management and commission SaaS platform, independently handling the entire QA lifecycle from requirement review through release. Participate directly in client meetings, applying critical thinking to identify gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases during requirement gathering, before they reach development. Drive exploratory, functional, and regression testing across complex settlement, commission, and payment workflows, and debug API and settlement logic to isolate root causes. Uncover issues ranging from business-logic defects to authentication and security vulnerabilities. Maintain the project's regression test suite and integrate AI throughout the QA workflow for requirement analysis, test design, and defect reporting. Build custom tools to eliminate repetitive and time-consuming work and speed up test cycles.
